Underwater Cinematography

We aim to be the leading production company in challenging conditions in Finland, which is why we also offer underwater cinematography as part of our services.
We conduct underwater cinematography around the year in both pools and open waters, offering a wide range of location choices for both scenarios.
Our team and network comprise underwater camera operators, technicians and safety divers, ensuring seamless workflow in demanding conditions.
Currently, we offer divers with international qualifications for both open and closed circuit equipment, diving to depths of up to 30 meters. Closed circuit equipment enables greater depths, longer dive times, as well as silent and bubble-free operation, making it ideal for nature cinematography. In pools, we offer infinity and chroma backgrounds for different scenarios.
We provide underwater filming solutions with ease, so if your project requires frogmen with cameras in hand, we are the service provider you need!
Beneath the Surface
Underwater filming, a specialty service offered by Kopla, opens up a new world for film, advertising, and TV productions. We execute underwater shoots in both pools and open waters, ensuring the most suitable conditions for your production.
The best aspects of underwater filming are achieved through direct radio or speaker communication with the divers, and surface monitoring. We can also provide additional scuba gear, dive training and emergency services for the performers and the production team.
